Our Returns Policy
We hope you love all your items from MALIKA. However, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we have a 14 day returns & exchange policy.
Lodge Your Return
Ensure the item you wish to return is in it's original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Our returns portal caters to refunds only. For exchanges, we suggest you return for a refund and repurchase the new item. If you have any questions relating to an exchange, please feel free to contact our team at hello@malikawoman.com
Send It Back
Once your return has been lodged, send your return back to us as soon as possible. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of lodgement.
Repurchase
We refund all items returned so once you've lodged your return, go ahead and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
Returns FAQs
How do I send my parcel back?
We offer free delivery for orders over $100 and any return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are able to choose whichever method or carrier works best for you to send your return back.
Please ensure your return is packaged well and it contains your RMA and order details.
What if I want an exchange?
Our returns portal currently doesn't offer exchanges. We recommend you repurchasing your new item online to secure your size and lodge a return which will be refunded to you once your return is received.
